Refund policy

HULIO AND CASH PTY LTD, trading as HULIO AND CASH, offers a 30-day change-of-mind return. Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we will arrange the rest.

 

Our change-of-mind policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law for consumers in Australia. If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a remedy — replacement, repair or refund — and we will cover the return postage.

 

Refunds are made to the original payment method once the returned item is received and checked. Delivery charges are refunded where an item is faulty or not as described.
