Terms of service

These terms of service apply to purchases from the HULIO AND CASH online store, operated by HULIO AND CASH PTY LTD, trading as HULIO AND CASH.

 

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where indicated, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges and delivery timeframes are set out on our Shipping and Returns page and at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

 

Risk in the goods passes on delivery. Title passes on the later of delivery and receipt of payment in full.

 

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) for consumers in Australia.
